To receive your VIP Level Up reward, include the following in your video or submit as a screenshot:

1. Send a screenshot of the rank-up notification received from Stake support. (Make sure your username is visible)
2. Also show proof that you are under code Laddoo — only required if you have not claimed a level up with us before.

Your level up reward will be paid out alongside the Weekly Boost.

To apply for your Lossback, please submit a screen recording showing the steps below in this exact order:

1. Open the Stake home page and refresh it.
2. Head to Profile → Statistics tab.
3. Open your statistics and use the option to request them via email.
4. Open your email and display the statistics report you just received.

Additionally: Download and attach the JSON file(s) from stake.com/my-bets/archive covering your biggest loss day (or days). These files are required with your submission.

To receive your Double Weekly Boost, submit a screen recording following these steps in order. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

1. Start your screen recording BEFORE clicking your Stake Weekly bonus link.
2. Click the Weekly bonus link and complete the claim on Stake.
3. Open your profile → Transactions → Bonuses → Promotional tab.
4. Show the "Coupon" bonus entry clearly with the exact amount visible on screen.
5. Reload the page to verify the transaction is showing, then stop the recording.
